1 · Work groups
What kind of work?
The defaults are Speaking, Tech, and Assistant. Organizations can rename these or create additional groups if their workflow needs them.

Define the kinds of work people can do, the experience levels inside those groups, and exactly which people qualify for each production job.
2 · Levels
What does experience unlock?
Standard is the default. Advanced stays inside the same work group and unlocks additional jobs. Someone can be Advanced Speaking but Standard Tech.
3 · Job rules
Who can fill this job?
Each job chooses one or more eligible work groups, a minimum level, and whether that job is Stackable or Exclusive for the show.

Levels are ordered from least to most experienced. The first level is the default when a work group is selected.

Advanced Speaking does not automatically make that person Advanced Tech. Levels are tracked separately inside every selected work group.
Production jobs & eligibility
Defaults: Anchor/Weather/Sports/Announcements require Standard Speaking; Host/Co-host require Advanced Speaking; regular Tech jobs require Standard Tech; Floor Director accepts Advanced Speaking or Advanced Tech; Tech Director requires Advanced Tech.
Dashboard cards:Select up to 6 job types to show as quick assignment cards on the Dashboard. This only controls Dashboard visibility; it does not change eligibility, scheduling, or the number of job slots.6 / 6 selected

Configure the microphone bank and set default microphones for Project Types and Show Blocks. Actual show assignments are managed in Tech Center.
