Choose Speaking, Tech, and/or Assistant. Standard is the normal starting level; Advanced keeps the Standard jobs and unlocks the additional jobs configured for that group.

TTechBehind-the-scenes production work. Standard covers regular tech jobs; Advanced unlocks additional jobs such as Tech Director and Floor Director under the default rules.

Advanced can add: Floor Director, Tech Director
AAssistantHelper and training positions. This can be a person's only group or a fallback/support group for people doing other work.

By default, Advanced Speaking adds Host, Co-host, and Floor Director eligibility. Advanced Tech adds Floor Director and Tech Director eligibility. The organization can change those job rules in Production Setup.
