Set up the season, recurring show template, people, project allocations, and Core production positions before generating the schedule.

Season & template
Admins can decide the end date later. Starting a new season duplicates the current setup, closes the previous season, and prevents overlapping active seasons.
One organization, one active season. Seasons reset planning for the same organization. They are not a way to run separate organizations under one account.
When does this template create shows?
Core starts with one recurring show template. Multiple recurring show templates require Advanced Scheduling & Automation.
Closures can cancel the show, preserve reusable projects, or shift the remaining schedule to the next valid workday.
